Your Way Home Buyers

How our agreements work

Short, plain answers. For anything specific to your sale, just ask us.

Why is my purchase and sale agreement assigned?

Assigning the purchase and sale agreement is a normal step for us. Every property is purchased through its own company (an LLC), so we assign the agreement whether we're buying the house ourselves or partnering with another investor.

Who is the buyer, then?

That company may be ours or a partner investor's. Its name appears on the closing documents, so you'll know who the buyer of record is.

Does anything change for me?

No. The price and terms you agreed to stay the same either way.

Who do I work with?

My team stays your point of contact through closing. A local title company handles the closing itself.

Can someone review my agreement before I sign?

Yes. Ask us anything before you sign, and you're welcome to have your own attorney look it over.
